He is professional and adept at communication with the involved parties to non-adversarial contract negotiations. He brings into focus the critical aspects of your contract and provides valuable information to help you make informed decisions. Mr. Hursh saved me time and provided me with the data I needed to make reasonable decisions. His website, newsletter, and blog are essential reads as well. Each of them provides clear, concise information on essential elements of contract negotiation. Dennis was upfront and honest for what I could expect from my future employer in terms of contract negotiation (i.e., they were not willing to negotiate).
