I walked into this mentorship never having done anything even remotely close high ticket sales or a mentorship program, but I was looking for a career change and felt that this could be an interesting path and decided to jump on it. Lily and Josh have truly created a space that highlights community and support to help each and every woman succeed. With weekly group zoom meetings, tailored 1-on-1s with Lily, and my fellow amazing ladies in the program who helped me with mock-calls; I was able to get on an offer much sooner than anticipated. I highly recommend this program to anyone who is interested in this career path!

Lily’s guidance and support have been life changing!

I was nervous to make such a big change in careers and I could not have picked a better team to join! What truly sets Lily apart is her commitment to helping others reach their full potential. She fosters a positive and empowering environment where people feel confident to learn, grow, and she isn’t afraid to challenge you if you aren’t pushing yourself to your full potential. She is patient, approachable, and genuinely wants to see the success of every person on her team. This is the best program to get into if you are a woman looking to learn about sales and want to make a change with your life. It is very showing how much lily cares about everyone she mentors. Since joining the Paid To Persuade academy, my experience has been extremely positive and valuable. I’ve been given the opportunity to experience real world approach to sales rather than just theory. The mentorship training and role plays go far and beyond to help us understand prospect objections and lead the conversation at the same time.

One thing that Lily does is create an environment that’s focused on growth and accountability. She makes it clear that in order to achieve results, you have to show up and put in the work. However, you’re never alone, the team is constantly available to help each member succeed. The feedback we give each other is detailed, constructive, and structured to help us improve our performance rate.

Another big strength that has helped me through the program is its focus on improvement in both sales and personal development. For example, I have learned how to communicate better, build stronger relationships with prospects, and start leading more conversations, while also improving my emotional intelligence, active listening, and understanding of the true decision making process.

Overall, this program has not only given me a deeper understanding of the sales industry, but how to lead conversations, address objections, and build a level of trust with the prospects. Beyond just sales, I can also say I have gained more confidence, greater discipline, and a sense of resilience through this mentorship. This community is committed to the success of its members and I'm grateful for the experiences I’ve had here so far.

I’ve always been the restaurant industry and felt stuck. When I had my first call with Lily; she made me realize that there is something else out there and she was willing to help get me there. Even though I was scared I went through with it and she has been such a great mentor helping with tips making time to reach out to us if she hasn’t heard from us. Just overall a great experience with her! The community as well; everyone is there going through the same mentorship and is willing to help better each other. It makes me happy to be apart of the PTP team!

I have been in the program for last couple of months and it’s honestly the best decision I ever made for myself. I have community of girl go through the same thing they made it less lonely and gave positive reinforcement. As well as having an amazing mentor that challenges me and hold me accountable even when I lose sight of the goal. This opportunity has open many door I didn’t think were possible. They genuinely care and will go above and beyond for ever single girl here.

I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I joined, but it ended up being the best investment I've ever made in myself!

Lily has been incredible throughout this entire process! Going beyond just teaching, dedicating so much time and truly teaching us how to be successful in this career. I truly feel like I have completely changed for the better since i started in March!!

One of the things I didn't expect to love is the community. I’ve connected with people all over the states who are working toward the same goals, and future! Having that support made this so much easier than feeling like I’m doing it all on my own. 

Lily's support doesn't end once you've learned the material. She doesn't just teach you and then send you off. She helped me land an offer! which was huge for me because I am completely new to the industry. And i still have her as a mentor in this new chapter!

This experience has honestly changed my life. Lily was my first mentor, and she's made a lasting impact on me. I'm incredibly grateful for her, Josh, PTP and the girls and everything I’ve learned along the way!!

This team is some of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. They’re in it for all the right reasons and want to see women get to their full potential and succeed. The courses are very informative and have taught me a lot in such a short amount of time. The roleplays and group calls also help you gain perspective and advice from other women moving up in the industry. I can’t wait to continue learning!

I had made up my mind about exiting the restaurant industry and chose this mentorship program. A review won’t due this experience justice, however the 1 on 1 mentorship is definitely worth its weight which is something specific that I knew I needed. Not to mention the community it fosters which has brought new, heathy relationships in my life. Growth seemed to happen seemlessly for so many of us. My mentors seemed to be available at every turn for any question, concern. And also ready with answers , feedback, resources. This hasn't just been a transition out of bartending, it’s leading me into a life so much greater. I’m grateful for this mentorship and what it’s brought into my life

I reached out months before I was ready. Lily truly cares about the people she helps, stayed in touch and actually tried her best to help me. Fast forward to now, I’ve known Lily for less than a year. I feel like a badass, I am confident in my skills and have generated over $25K for my company in my FIRST TWO WEEKS in my new job! That’s what happens when you are actually skilled and confident, which is what you can get here. 10/10, ZERO regrets
