Customer service is super polite, and willing to help even if takes a day for a response, it is tax time as im writing this, they were more than willing to resolve my issue with multiple possible resolutions

Zero Support
Waited over 2 months. According to USPS tracking, package just stopped moving. PP support does not reply to multiple emails. To refund requests. They don't do anything. Total silence.

(For delivery issues, USPS requires the sender to inquire issue - but PP won't respond to me at all). It's been 70 days since my order.

I will have to do a credit card chargeback.
Very disappointing because previous orders have been fine.

My Rep, Dan, is always on top of things when I order. I also love Recovery Derm more than any other second skin product and PP is the best place to get it!

Painful Pleasures is a legitimate, high-quality company. I have purchased from them maybe 5 or 6 times now for bulk, wholesale orders. On my most recent order, there was a mistake on their end where they forgot to include the full amount of items I purchased for a couple different products sold in packs of 10. When I reached out for assistance with this, they were very helpful and professional. They sent me my missing items promptly, and were very humble and kind along the way. I really like this company and I would definitely recommend their products! Try to shop with them during Black Friday and other sale days to snag some AMAZINGLY cheap/awesome deals!

My #1 go to place to order everything for the shop. Dan Lorenzo is there every step of the way and makes the experience the best it can be. Fast response etc. Never have a problem with orders since Dan!

We met Dan Lorenzo about 10 years ago now. At the time, he was affiliated with somebody else. He treated my family with kindness and understood our family dynamic. So when he started working for Painful Pleasures it was a no brainer to follow him there. I understand I'm a small fish in a big pond, but he never made me feel that way. He has always been there for us, and he was one of the only ones to check on me for a couple months when my father passed. He's the real deal, and Painful Pleasures always has what we need.

I spent over 15k with painful pleasures setting up my shop in Virginia. Although there were a few hiccups Dan Lorenzo was communicative from start to finish. Further, he ensured that painful pleasures got my business and kept it. Today, because of Dan every artist in my shop purchases their needles here. Moreover, any/all shop supplies to include ink in purchased here. Keep Dan on the team, he’s in the trenches and is keeping consumers coming back.

Been using PainfulPleasures for quite a few years now, and as an owner of a tattoo shop (Blind Faith Tattoo Company) I am in constant need of supplies and sometimes I need it quickly. They always have what I need and get it in the mail ASAP. Great machines, great service!

This is one of the best companies to deal with, the sales rep Dan Lorenzo is always there for me to answer questions about products, new items, and some other tattoo related questions I needed help with. They have a huge selection of all the best products on the market, they have sales all the time which is great when you need to order in bulk.
If there is ever anything missing from my order it is taken care of right away (this is usually my fault for leaving stuff in my cart for way too long)
