We help you reverse back pain and get back to working, living, and playing with pain-free endurance, strength, and athletic mobility. Noah East has had numerous back injuries while snowboarding, working out, and training in gymnastics. After a long, painful, and expensive education process, he now progresses athletically without back pain and helps others do the same. For starters, Pain to Peak has the specific mission of guiding 1000 people from back pain to enjoying mountain peaks (skiing, climbing, biking, hiking) without joint pain. So far, we have helped 50+ people achieve this and confidently progress their meaningful fitness to greater heights.

If you don’t want to get better go somewhere else

I shadowed Noah to watch how he trains people because I heard he was the best. That statement was not a lie. Couple things I noticed:
1. He is extremely knowledgeable in all around fitness, health and lifestyle. I swear, some clients will ask the most obscure questions and Noah will have a clear, concise and memorable response.
2. Noah really loves when his clients, them selfs, are learning a retaining the information he provides them. For them to apply what they have learned when a trainer isn’t watching and instill happy habits is his goal.
3. Noah is always reading, watching videos, studying new courses and material so he can gain more knowledge to them help more people as best as he can. He is a full time student.

Noah’s relationship with his clients is always professional but he leaves with a special place in all their hearts every time.
