They sent me the wrong color, a light beige instead of a dark brown. They refused to do anything about it. I can't even get then to apologize to me, much less make it right. They ignore my emails. They also remove bad reviews from their website so you can't see the truth of other customer's opinion.
Terrible customer service and even worse company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Along with others I have not received any confirmation of order or delivery details despite several emails. Total scam.

6 years ago I bought 3 customs of my pets and they were so beautiful. I have had them framed in our home since. We have added 2 new pets and 2 months ago I ordered their images. They made them larger than what I ordered which didn’t work because that’s not the size frame I have. I also informed them during communication that the colors were wayyyyy off. My black cat I received navy blue and 8 shades of bright blue for. My other cat who is tortishell (calico colors)…I received peach, purples, and pea greens for. I have never seen a cat this color.
They send me a replacement. This time the right size but again…colors are wrong. I immediately informed them and asked what do I need to do to get the corrected colors. They assured me that it would be fixed.
Well guess what. It arrived yesterday and again..wrong colors. They offered to replace but told me I needed to go bigger for better quality. It’s not the quality that is the issue…it’s the colors. No cat is green and purple! But when I told them I didn’t want a replacement I wanted a refund they are now refusing telling me that I am wrong and the colors are right despite me showing them evidence over and over that anyone with a human eye can see is wrong.
I placed my order on 9/27. It is now 11/28 and I still don’t have the correct items which now won’t be completed for Christmas.
Keep your money and stay far away from this company.

Ordered may 1, 2024. Said it arrived at JFK on May23rd. It is now July 14th and still have not received. Customer service is no help all you get from them is it's on the way in a text. Try to call and they never answer the phone. Managed to leave a message one time said they would call back, They never have. I have texted 4 times and get same answer back it's on the way. All I want is what I ordered or a refund. Do not order from this company !!!! They do not care about their customers at all!!!

Dont buy anything from this company. This is Scam.!
My first time ordering from this company and my canvas was broken. Reached out to ask if they could replace it,but no. They wanted to repair it.
It took 1,5 month to get it,so to be sending it back for repair would take forever. They also have an oh s... insurance whitch is totally bulls...!
Never buying from this company again.

I ordered 4 diamond paintings on December 15. I did not receive any information about shipping for weeks. When I finally inquired at the beginning of January, I was told that the items had shipped and they were waiting for tracking to update. Today I received an email saying there was a glitch with pricing, and they were canceling and refunding my order. I think they should have honored the price that was on their website, not to mention they lied about the order already being shipped. If there was a problem, I should have been notified immediately not weeks afterward. I will not be ordering from them again, and I would not recommend that anyone else does.

Don't get their paintings! I ordered from them and it took OVER A MONTH to receive the product. While they have a wide selection, it's not worth waiting a month for the paintings to arrive.

Worst company ever. Although I have been in contact with president of the company I still haven’t received my order. He is constantly giving me tracking information but nothing shows on the tracking site. Customer service has been OK but the delay is just ridiculous and unacceptable.

I loved this product, which is what makes this so sad! Unfortunately the customer service experience was not good at all. It took months to arrive even though it had been shipped (supposedly) a few days after placing the order. Customer service was awful - I barely got a response and when I did it was very dismissive. They don't care at all. It's a shame, I would have ordered again.

Placed order in April been emailing and instant messenger last communication was email from Corey allegedly the CEO on May 31,2020 letting me know my package is still in transit. Instant messenger chat with someone named Ana both have provided me a tracking number which does not exit in the 17track link they have provided. According to Ana she sees where my order shipped on May 21, 2020 we are almost 30 days later and not tracking information exists for my item. I’ve been very patient but starting to feel like I have been scammed. I’ve requested a refund stating my reason of feeling scammed and no tracking is Available this was requested a few days ago but no response acknowledging my request to date.

I ordered a custom kit with a picture of my moms dog that passed away. They said shipping would be 12-30 days, which was totally fine because they explained that. That order was placed March 30th, I emailed the end of April because my shipping hadn’t updated. They said that shipping was delayed because of COVID, also understandable. It’s May 12th now, I have no shipping update on where it is and I’m out $90 without any idea if my order will ever be here.
