It is wonderful to speak with a HUMAN to solve a problem online these days. Pair Customer Service is excellent.
What has happened to Pair?
What has happened to Pair? I've been a customer since 1998. I've seldom needed customer support, but when I did- wow- you guys were great. Now all I am trying to do is unlock a few domains and it is now 2 days and I feel I am getting no where. Pair is very unresponsive and gives answers like- "you're not the only one having problems"- with no further follow up.

I really feel that the software support team consistently tries to do a good job. And this time those involved also tried but the result didn't work for me because it involved not using an https vehicle. When I tried to use their solution my PC antivirus software went nuts and in the end I wasn't able to resolve my problem - having access to my site statistics.

Asked about IPv6 and got very detailed information
Sent a request to understand the pros and cons of enabling full IPv6 support in my server and got a comprehensive explanation. Once I decide, it'll be very easy to activate the dual stack.

Excellent overall experience. The Client Service person was knowledgeable, reassuring and gave me an understanding of what needed to be done and why.

Great tech support that went beyond my original request. The Pair person recognized my requirement and proposed a different solution that resolved my issue and save me some time.
Super quick response
The response was super quick and I got all the help I needed with the issue I had on the 2-way authentication for my account

The fact that the young man was able to find the button to push to cancel the automatic renewal of the domain name and the ensuing fees. And he was very nice and sympathetic over my husband's death (11-23-25). Unfortunately, he did not see anyway to refund the fee or any part of it, but that is not his area of operation; he did what he could do. My husband would have liked to be able to use it to create a line of home made pastels, but unfortunately our time here is finite, even tho we think we'll live forever. Thank you for your service.
