We're really pleased with Paiyroll software for bureaus. It gives us the functionality we need in an efficient way for our team.
When we've needed a bit of help, the support team have been very quick to respond and resolve any minor issues we've had.

Highly recommended. In providing a direct connection with our HR system, we have eliminated most of the manual tasks associated with Payroll. We now run manual payroll tasks for just a small handful of our 150+ employees because everything else is automated. The onboarding process was smooth, and the team continues to provide us with a great deal of support if required.

First month with Paiyroll and the help has been outstanding with very quick responses to queries, A very fast and efficient software to process payroll on.

Excellent service, Mark is very professional and ready to help anytime. The product is excellent as well, easy to use, vey comprehensive, can be tailor made in some areas, produces excellent reports that can be exported easily in excel. It's great that it's linked with HMRC so we can be really paper free.
I highly recommend this product and the company, I only had positive experiences from the start of the project to the implementation.

Due to our payroll software (Earnie from Iris) being discontinued we were looking for another provider. Iris' suggestion of Staffology did not meet our needs. Most other companies we looked at either did not have the functionality we needed, or were hideously expensive.
Paiyroll does exactly what we need at a good price point.
Engagement with the Company is excellent.
Mark has been responsive and very proactive in ensuring that the product delivers what we asked for.
We went live the start of April for both fortnightly paid staff (approx 120) and monthly salaried staff (approx 10).
Set up was efficient and processing went smoothly.

Paiyroll is hands down the best payroll software I’ve used. It not only gets the job done efficiently, but the support team is incredibly responsive and has been a huge help in solving last-minute questions.

Before Paiyroll, we manually processed hundreds of payslips each week using Brightpay. The process was tedious and time-consuming, and despite training our staff to manage and run payroll, we faced numerous setbacks such as knowledge gaps, multiple human errors, and, worst of all, a team member quitting. At that point, I considered returning to outsourcing payroll despite the higher costs. That’s when I discovered Paiyroll through a Facebook recommendation. Paiyroll has completely automated our payroll operations, including automatic pension enrollment, matching user payroll IDs with our Time & Attendance system, updating bank details via candidate login, RTI HMRC submissions, and issuing detailed payslips without any manual input. Thanks to Paiyroll, I’ve reclaimed three days each week, and I can rest easy knowing that everything is handled efficiently. Gone are the days of going home worried about forgetting something on payroll!

Excellent automated system streamlining the payroll process and giving us back time.

Very powerful software automating a lot of manual tasks to simplify the payroll processes. Deep integrations with other business systems to have one source of data and interaction with other departments. The training delivered was informative and thorough through to running the first payroll submission, and very tailored to our business and processes.

One of the worst payroll company. I left a job in 03 March 2023 but my manager forgot to end the employment on the system officially until I compelled him to do it in May 2023, because of that I paid too much tax on my other job. So I told my manager to drop an email to payroll to ammend the correct date on my P45. Annoyingly, the payroll declined to change the date on my P45. This is absolutely disgusting . I am happy to change my rating to 5 star if this issue is resolved on priority basis.

Whenever I call Mark he is always ready and willing to help and support. Any changes we need are always acted on promptly. He has fantastic knowledge of the product and his passion for it shines through.

Agency use this for payroll I provided sort code account number and 1st time it forgot to pay me, 2nd time the same.
My P60 is supposed to be available for me to down load and it is missing in software land..Good try but not a polished article...in my humble opinion

New to paiyroll software, their product, support and patience have been fantastic.
