Die Geräte sind nahezu perfekt verarbeitet! Der Kundenservice über WahtsApp ist nahtlos einwandfrei und für Großkunden sogar ausgelegt. Macht weiter so !

I’ve been using the PAJ GPS tracker for a short time now and I’m really happy with it. I tested it on a ride of about 4 miles and the tracking was very accurate, it followed the exact roads and didn’t jump around.

The signal has been stable the whole time, no dropouts at all which surprised me in a good way. The battery also seems good so far, after charging it dropped a bit at first but then stayed stable.

I like that I can see the full route, speed and stops in the app. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can check where my scooter is anytime.

Overall very easy to use and reliable. I would definitely recommend it.

Ho avuto un problema al dispositivo, nello specifico si è gonfiata la batteria. Contattata l'assistenza, in modo facile e veloce, mi è stata proposta la sostituzione del dispositivo nonostante non fosse più in garanzia. Evidentemente un'azienda seria che sa come mantenere i propri clienti.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung, alles super erklärt in der Beschreibung und war in wenigen Minuten eingebaut und funktioniert auf dem Meter genau.

Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kundenservice. Mein Anliegen wurde noch am selben Tag unkompliziert bearbeitet. So wünscht man sich das!

I contacted the company via WhatsApp because my tracker did not update. They told me what I needed to do in order for it to update and now it works. So far it’s so good.

Ich bin mit PAY GPS und dem Support sehr zufrieden. Am Anfang hatte ich Probleme mit dem OBD-Stecker. Der Support hat jedoch sofort reagiert und mir direkt ein Ersatzgerät angeboten. Am Ende stellte sich heraus, dass alles in Ordnung war, sodass wir den Austausch wieder stornieren konnten.

Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der schnelle, freundliche und professionelle Kundenservice. Mein Problem wurde zügig geklärt und ich habe mich sehr gut betreut gefühlt.

Das Gerät hat eine Macke, aber der Kundensupport via WhatsApp war auch am Sonntag tipptopp und wir kriegen unkompliziert ein Austauschgerät.

Der Service von PAJ ist kompetent, freundlich und super-schnell (Antwort nach 15 Minuten). Meine Frage wurde vollständig geklärt.

Paj ist wirklich immer erreichbar sogar Nachts bekommt man Antwort bei einrm Ausfallproblem und immer gibts eine Lösung-sehr hohe Kompetenz aller Mitarbeiter mit denen man Kontakt hat und die fachliche Beratung ist exzellent

Just the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Lost my charger cable, and customer service responded immediately. The tracker is also the best I have tried, non other is this precise.

Installieren war sehr einfach . Als mein gps Punkt nicht auf meinem Handy angezeigt wurde, wendete ich mich an den Support. Ging super schnell und unkompliziert, jetzt klappt alles. Kann nur weiterempfehlen .
