We were in a desperate situation without my son having a valid Pakistani passport and travelling the next day. I used WhatsApp to contact the team and was quite nervous that this was a scam but feeling like I had no choice, I went for it. My sonâs travel document arrived the next morning! 10/10 in terms of communication, ease of application and processing the new NICOP request, and the quality & speed of service.
