I’m giving one star because I can’t give any less. They are scammers; usually, the product doesn't arrive, and when it does, you realize it’s poor quality—after a month, the ring had oxidized and turned my finger black. I sent emails and contacted them on Instagram, but they blocked me. They are scammers, don’t buy from their site

Truffa assoluta, anelli del valore di pochi euro, pessima qualità.

Habe am 21.8. 4 Ringe bestellt und bereits bezahlt. Am 26.8. kam eine Email, dass es unterwegs ist und bis heute nichts gekommen. Und keine antwortet mehr.

Truffa. Ordine senza mail in risposta che non permette alcun tracciamento. Il sito ben fatto in realtà è uno specchietto per le allodole: nessuno risponde alle mail.
Uno schifo! Vergogna anche per i social che fanno pubblicità senza controllare.

Les produits ne correspondent pas à ceux que j'ai commandé, de plus la qualité de l'alliage ne justifie ni le prix ni les délais de livraisons interminables. Un site à fuire. Et pour finaliser le sentiment de m'être fait arnaqué continue jusqu'au SAV qui fait la sourde oreille

Ringe haben eine schlechte Qualität und färben ab.
Wollte die Ringe reklamieren und zurück senden. Man bekommt jedoch keinerlei Rückmeldung auf Nachrichten.
Das ist kein Kundenservice.

This is a scam. They advertise their products as handmade and charge €38 per item. However, a quick Google search reveals that the exact same products are sold on Asian websites such as Temu and Shein for around €6.

To make matters worse, they do not respond to emails, making it impossible to contact them to cancel an order or request a refund.

Please do not buy anything from these scammers.

EVERYONE BEWARE: This website is very likely a scam. I ordered jewelery about 2 months ago on a website named "aeterne.de". I ordered a ring and received two different ones - but not the product I had chosen before.
I wanted to contact the support to solve the problem but the only way to do so is a contact window on the bottom of the website. Not even a real email. You can give your name, email address and the matter you'd like to talk about. They say they'll answer you soon, but they don't. Not after a second message from me either. They just don't help you.
After a while, the website was not accessible any more. But while scrolling on instagram I saw an ad for the same products. The websites design was identical with aeternes, the products were the same, the way to contact the "support" was like before - just the name was now changed to "palladea".
Do yourself a favor and don't order on this website.
