Belton Woods Hotel Lincolnshire
The hotel was exceptional, accommodation, food and staff were all excellent. I only gave the holiday 4 stars because of the driver. He actually drove the coach into an Asda car park and did not apologise. He always said he would let us know what we were doing the next day at dinner but he never did. We had to find out things for ourselves. I know he was not a usual Palmer's driver and it was noticeable.

The hotel was very good
The hotel was very good. The accommodation was splendid. The choice of food was wide and the meals were delicious. The table staff were very friendly and attentive. The one dis thing about the tour was that the coach driver did not come up to the standard that the Palmerâs coach drivers usually set.

Personable and helpful driver. Very pleasant hotel, with excellent food, great staff and a very warm welcome from the entertainment manager and the hotel staff.
Entertainment was mixed, but this was countered by having excellent company from fellow passengers and our driver.

The fact we didn't go to the KelpiesâŠ
The fact we didn't go to the Kelpies which was the main reason we booked the trip. And the fact there was no back up. This trip was not cheap. We expected a five course meal and a choice on News Year Eve. Very disappointed.

Spectacular Chatsworth
The coach was comfortable and the driver friendly and courteous. The hotel was very good, staff efficient and attentive. Chatsworth House was spectacular, but we felt 4 hours was too long to spend there as the tour of the house was over within an hour. More time in Bakewell would have been nice. However, all in all it was a well organised tour and a very enjoyable two days. Would certainly use Palmers again.

Ladies Shopping Trip
From the initial enquiry to the actual trip, Palmers were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to be as helpful/accommodating as possible.
The hotel was beautiful and just as described, the coach was spotless and our driver (Grant) was informative, funny and an all round lovely bloke.
The meet and greet on arrival made the whole process of checking in much easier and less time consuming, always a bonus after travelling.
I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just got back from a trip to Devon stopping at the Tiverton Hotel. Your driver was great , very pleasant and helpful. Tours great. Hotel was poor (smelt of damp, windows wouldnât shut,only had housekeeping once all week) to be fair they were renovating during our stay. On the plus side staff were lovely and food was good.
