Really wish I’d read these reviews before buying!

Unfortunately I cannot leave a zero star review. This website - Palm Mode as it is also known - sold me a pair of “Birkenstocks” which are in actual fact a cheap Chinese copy. They are now ignoring my requests for a return and refund.

Ordered a coat and was really impressed — the fit was spot on and the quality exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend and will be shopping here again!

Made my order over 2 weeks ago and still have no update on shipping or delivery or response in my chaser emails

I feel disappointed and ripped off. I ordered a mouse light apparently reduced from £86 to £25. When it arrived it’s not worth £5. Absolute joke. Of course you have to return it to china which would cost the earth and probably never be received. Do not use this company. I am just sorry I didn’t check Trustpilot first. This company is a scam be warned.

Scam! Should have read the reviews here. Quality is inferior and can’t be worn. Smells of cheap plastic. Returns? Forget recouping your money.

I have suffered with foot problems for many years, and I have had a difficult time finding a slipper/sandal that I can wear successfully. With the slippers I ordered, waited for almost 3 weeks for them to come - not knowing even if I had ordered the correct size. They finally arrived, were the correct size and fit perfectly. These slippers do me nicely for wearing all the time and I am glad I was able to find them still available. I am definitely satisfied with them over all the many slippers I have purchased other places trying to find a slipper that would work for me. I ordered 2 more pairs and can't wait for them to arrive. Good luck in your search for the perfect pair of slippers.

I ordered some leather clogs from here – they took weeks to arrive directly from a terrible quality factory and they are such abysmal quality they actually are more like toys than actual shoes.

I have been in an email thread trying to arrange a return for over a week and it's so clearly a conversation designed to get you to give up chasing for a refund.

It will be a miracle if they ever
a) send me a returns form
b) confirm the address of where to send the item back to
c) if I ever get my money back I'll be truly astonished.

I've also noticed an increase in spam emails since I placed the order.

This is quite literally a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Never received merchandise. Could only be in contact via email. I send many and had the same response. It will be shipped shortly, sorry for delay. This is a SCAM. This was 6 months ago. STAY AWAY

The worst ever i have ever dealt with. I have been in contact since October 25 due to not receiving my order. 'Emma' replies , I reckon AI. Despite contact, I never received order. She constantly tells me it's on way and I will be very happy. However, it never arrived. She has now stopped replying. 100% the worst

Placed an order with them on 8 December 2025, still have not received the package. Have requested them 4 times to reimburse the money and they keep on apologizing and saying they are working on backlog of orders.

So far very bad. I wish to return leggings 2 pairs @£ 40.
Advertised as being Fleece Lined. They are just tights.
The company keep offer me store discount, which I don't want. I want a return form.
Their latest offer is of 60% store discount and I don't have to post them back.
Well their returns address is in CHINA. They have a Warehouse in Stirling Scotland and a Business Address in The Netherlands!!!! I will contact my credit card company and raise an action. Companies like these cannot get away with this. Never but anything from Google or while advertised to on Facebook as these Hong Kong/Chinese get into the SALES market in this way, so please don't get caught out.

I liked that the package arrived clean and odor free. Sounds small but it matters.
