This is more than subscription box, it's a regular reminder to stop, breath and think. I love the fact that each box comes with guidance on how to use the contents, and on mindful practices that I can use day by day. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing subscribtion box. It comes every month on time and it has all those beautiful journals that you use everyday, but dont spend hours on. I love the subtle way we can use psychology in our daily lives (i didnt know we can). Ever since i got my first box i felt more relaxed and learned a bit more about psychology as a whole and i really look at life from a less stressed point. I cant wait now for my next boxes as they are different all the time, but keep me surprised when i open them. The best perk is that every subsciber can talk to the creator if they feel they need to or just ask question without being or feel judged. I preffer the box in comparison to a psychologists that ask for a lot of visits and a lot of money and makes you feel like there is something wrong with you.
