I can't believe I'm writing a bad review as running a business in this day and age with all that is thrown at you is hard work. So. in good faith with a slick website I ordered five panels with trims and delivery which came to £260.
After three weeks, I joined the SHOP app which gives you delivery updates. All it said waiting for update delivery date. No phone number provided. No emails answered. After 5 weeks, I got the bank to do a chargeback and received my money. You must have emails as proof you've chased them and they haven't answered.
Moral of the story - Don't buy from a website with no contact number, send emails. screenshot emails and website and lastly DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. ;-(

Disgusting service, took our money in December 2025 but couldn’t fulfill the order until today 16th February 2026. We’ve had to constantly contact them for updates. Do not use this company!

Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered x5 280cm x 60cm smoked oak wood panels in December. After countless emails and calls back and forth arranging delivery dates, only for them to cancel and rearrange multiple times! After the third time I have asked to cancel and to refund! Absolute joke of a company - do NOT use and would not recommend!

Great .thank you ..no issues .my wall panels look fab .turned up on time .polite delivery driver .all was good thanks 😊..oh and they look bloody great

Scam company.
Very similar name and almost identical website to actual company paneloutlet (scam) vs panel-outlet (real).
Multiple email addresses. No contact numbers. Took order and money and nothing delivered. Contacted multiple times on all email addresses, no reply. Have contacted bank for refund. Currently £200 down. Very disappointed.

I had read some reviews which were not the complimentary of this company after I had placed my order. However my this was not my experience the product provided was first class and the service overall was excellent and good value for money although the customer service could have been more responsive

I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing from Panel Outlet. Their non existent customer service is appalling. They never reply to messages or emails and leave you believing you have been scammed. Eventually, the panels were delivered and are not as advertised, not wood veneer at all, but much lesser quality foil over MDF. They actually look nice when installed but I would not recommend this company and I would not use them again myself.

I recently ordered from Panel Outlet, and the experience was flawless from the moment I placed the order to the final delivery.

The staff at the office were incredibly responsive. I had a few unusual queries regarding my specific project needs, and unlike many other companies, they were open-minded and took the time to find solutions rather than giving a standard "no." Their communication was clear, professional, and very reassuring.

Delivery Experience: The delivery itself was the highlight. The driver was a true professional—punctual, courteous, and extremely helpful with the offloading process. They handled the panels with great care and went above and beyond to ensure everything was placed exactly where I needed it.

It is rare to find a company where both the administrative side and the boots-on-the-ground team work so seamlessly together. I’m very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be using Panel Outlet again. Highly recommended!

RED FLAG 🚩 Do not be tempted by the cheap prices as they do not exist. No order update after initial purchase, no email response. Brief conversation over social media which screamed unprofessional and very broken English. No insight to when order would arrive other than “I have messaged the transport team”. Cheap prices too good to be true avoid at all costs. Luckily bank have taken a dispute against them and I’ve received my money back.

Order delivery cancelled on the day.
Would not add to order either.

Avoid this company absolutely terrible service from start to finish.

Ordered on 20/11 delivery set for 01/12 no show emailed told delivery that week 07/12 no show no response from emails or calls only get giff gaff voicemail I would avoid this company at all costs

Customer service was non existent. Tried to re arrange a delivery which randomly came on a Sunday of all days! Didn't even get a response. Wouldn't like to be in a position of a faulty product trying to get it resolved! Won't order again and could of put alot business their way as well.

Very goof quality, and the delivery driver was amazing, was in contact letting me know that he may be late, and asked if there was a safe place.

Made an ordered on the 3rd December specifically with this company as they stated delivery would be between 3 and 10 days which would have timed perfectly for when we had the decorators in. I emailed 3 times chasing an update and was told twice by Jessica that delivery would definitely be between 3 and 10 days as stated. I advised Jessica twice that I needed them by the end of this week whilst the decorators were in. Low and behold I have received a text to say delivery will be 15th December, 12 days after the order was placed. Not only is this late out of your delivery time scale, I have had no response to my last 2 emails and now have no one to accept the delivery on Monday and the decorators can not come back before Christmas which means our living area wont be ready and we cant put the TV or any electricals up on the panels. Not acceptable. Please rearrange my delivery for tomorrow.

I ordered these panels few weeks ago, then because I didn't get any order confirmation panicked that it was a scam. A quick Google found me searching through these bad reviews - damn I've been scammed I thought. But no, after a few days I received a delivery date and the correct panels turned up undamaged. Woo!!! The only difference from these panels to the double price version is the MDF strips are only faced on 1 side. I had the charcoal panels and this was not visible once fitted. The strips are also not glued to the felt, only stapled - which isn't a problem as there is sufficient stables to hold them, even when cutting panels down.

As to customer service, I can't comment.

I’m not gonna lie, I was not convinced whether I was going to receive my order after reading all the reviews …

However I did….. I received on the date I was given, the driver called me the night before, told me which drop I was and he was at my front door at 7am with my order …
