I am writing this review after nearly 4 years!
I am writing this review after nearly four years of frustration, unanswered emails, unreturned calls, and complete failure by Panini America to honor multiple redemption cards I am rightfully owed. My experience has been nothing short of unacceptable.
I currently have four outstanding redemption cards that Panini has failed to produce:
2020 Panini Chronicles Signatures Black 1/1 Cody Bellinger (One-of-One)
⢠Redemption submitted: March 8, 2022
⢠Over 1,400 days outstanding (nearly 4 years)
⢠Still unproduced with zero explanation
Three (3) 2020â21 Panini Prizm Signatures #33 Stephen Curry autographed cards
⢠Submitted on September 24, 2022 (one card)
⢠Submitted on September 26, 2022 (two cards)
⢠Now well over 1,200 days overdue
These are extremely valuable cardsâespecially now that Stephen Curry has recently tied two of Michael Jordanâs scoring recordsâyet Panini still refuses to fulfill redemptions submitted before the expiration date, while somehow continuing to release new autographed Curry and Bellinger cards year after year (2022â2025).
Customer Service Failures
For almost four years, I have contacted Panini every 120 days, by email and phone, as instructed.
⢠They never once responded to any of my email inquiries.
⢠Every phone call resulted in the same scripted response: âPlease be patient; the athletes sign in the offseason.â
That excuse might make sense for a short delayânot for three to four years, especially when Panini continues to produce new autographs from the same athletes.
Recent Escalation: Broken Assurance & Unauthorized Replacements
Since November 14, 2025, Iâve contacted Panini weekly because my patience is gone.
On December 1, 2025, I spoke with an employee named Randy, who acknowledged the unusual length of my delays. He told me he would look into the specific valuation and player options for my three Stephen Curry redemptions. I made it extremely clear that:
I was not agreeing to any substitution,
I was not giving up my rights, and
No action should be taken until we spoke again and mutually agreed.
He agreedâtwice. I even called back to confirm.
One hour later, Panini emailed me saying my ticket was closed, and they had sent me random replacement cardsânot my redemptions, not Curry, not Bellinger, and not remotely equivalent in value. They unilaterally made a decision against my explicit instructions, and without my consent.
I called the next morning and demanded they return the package to sender and restore my redemptions as unfulfilled. As of now, I am still waiting for Panini to fix the mess they created.
Final Thoughts
Paniniâs failure to deliver these redemptionsâsome for nearly four yearsâcombined with their refusal to communicate, broken promises, and unauthorized substitutions, shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect toward their customers.
I have been more than patient. I have followed every step Panini asked of me. And in return, I have received:
Zero fulfilled redemptions
Zero email responses
Four years of delays
Continued excuses
An unauthorized âgrab bagâ replacement after being told that wouldnât happen
Collectors deserve far better. Panini America has failed to protect my investment, failed to uphold their obligations, and failed to treat me honestly at every step.
Unless Panini takes responsibility and resolves these long-overdue redemptions, I cannot recommend this company to any collector.
