Good quality, fast postage.

No problem with product delivery but don’t count on after purchase support! The Xiaomi vacuum became faulty after less than 6 months use. The customer support in Australia is literally one man show, and his stance is always to avoid responsibility. He claimed to have repaired the product, and it was faulty as soon as it’s returned to me. Now the so called customer service is not replying my messages. Dodgey business shame on you!!!

We purchased a Fiido folding ebike. The process was seamless and I am very happy with the bicycle

Bicycle was as described, simple assembly required. Lightweight for an e-bike and five levels of pedal assist look like enough to get me and my kid's bike in tow up most hills in my area.

After initial problems because the order was through Xioami, once that was resolved Panmi were very prompt with communication and refund

Was a bit hesitant buying a refurbished bike, not knowing exact condition etc, but was pleasantly surprised when the bike arrived, it is in near new condition, great value for the price, the bike arrived to my door within a week of purchase , it arrived boxed and in good condition, dealing with Panmi was an all good experiance, I highly reccomend Panmi.

The ebike arrived sooner than I expected and just in time for my wife's birthday.
I didn't pay attention to the detail that said it didn't come with a physical key and Daniel, their support person said Himo couldn't retrace their records for me to get a spare key.
I also wrote saying the headlight didn't work and am waiting for their response after uploading a short video.
Overall, I'm very pleased with the service and the product.

Quick delivery, small issue on chain too tight which could be solve with a tool chain for couple of dollars.
