Fantastic prices for quality jewelry all the time!

I ordered 4 items, out of which 2 of ''Heartbeat of the sea'' rings (one blue + one purple) but they are missing from the package i have just received.
These 2 rings were the highest priced among the products i ordered (23.99 USD each), while all the others were half price or less.
Instead, i got another ring that i did NOT order.
I just wrote to the email address provided on their website attaching the screenshot of the order + photo of the package i received.
I am really really unhappy about this.

The pricing is quite affordable for the kind of jewellery you guys are selling. And as per the pictures, all the products look so amazing and right out of the vintage world. Keep up the good work. Hoping to receive my parcel in time and with the quality expected.

The clarity of the products as well as the smooth access to them

This company is one of the worst fraudulent companies on the market. I purchased £55 of goods, and received painted, silver plated, tarnished and scratched junk. The items looked NOTHING like the pictures and items advertised. They were very badly finished off with rough edges and extremely cheap fake materials. All items were SUPPOSED to be sterling silver, yet only 2 of the 6 items purchased were stamped, and they were among 2 of the worst items bought.
It took over 2 weeks for the order to be despatched and repeated emails asking them to explain their delay?
They pretend to not understand or speak fluent English, and try to fob you off with generic replies in the hope that you will get tired of the process.
I have complained over 4 times, demanding my money back and to return all of the junk I received, and I am told it will cost ME too much to return them, so they can offer me a 15 dollar refund to save myself from extra costs.
The are completely unprofessional scam artists who have got their sales pitch and marketing down to a T.
They know EXACTLY what they are doing and what junk they are despatching, but once they have your money, they know they can just keep messing customers around with badly written replies which make no sense in relation to your complaint, and will send the exact same response regardless of the complaint they receive.
They have no intention whatsoever of refunding monies or helping anyone return the junk they receive.
This company should be prosecuted for fraud and false advertising, and I have EVERY intention of taking legal action against them

sometimes is hard to to add what you want also wanted a necklace for my son but there is not much of choice for the lack like a dragon’s head or sneak or wolf’s like you have for the bracelets

But now I think I will be doing more business with you thank you for the fallow up and you need to tell what start is the best confusing

The items look gorgeous and the prices were far lower than I’ve seen for these
