It is the most expensive domain registrar without providing anything more than the other registrars. Besides this, they are making contact with customer service even more difficult than before by removing the email support option.

I was with Papaki for multiple years. Their control panel and user experience are terrible. The mobile experience is also pretty inconvenient.
