The worst service ever. Avoid this bank at all costs. If you are an english speaker, their support will ignore you for months and will not help with anything. They can’t even fix the problem they are responsible for! Absolutely unacceptable service in 21st century. I strongly recommend you to use other banks, this one is nothing more than disappointment and disrespectful attitude.

It’s ridiculous for me to read all the 1-star reviews here. For Turkey, it’s a very good service with a fantastic value. You get what you pay for, don’t expect premium service for free. I agree it is cumbersome to communicate with support and card delivery was terribly slow. But all in all Papara saved me few times when I needed to purchase online. Now I am constantly using it for subscription payments. They have good cashback and their fees are very reasonable.

No support whatsoever. I’ve ordered my Papara black card more than a month ago and it still didn’t come. I tried to reach support via ALL possible channels: they just don’t answer you, no email, no call back - nothing.
It’s insane and ridiculous at the same time.
Worst fintech experience in regards to customer service.

The card is not delivered after almost a month.
This is ridiculous. I ordered the card 31 Aug.
Today is 18 Sep and I still don't have it.
The support writes me total BS and doesn't help at all.

They have the best FinTech app from all the crap banks in Turkey though.
For Turkey it's probably okay but the service quality is just horrific here.

If some company would come here it'd totally crush the market with just okay service quality.

I read all the reviews thinking it can't be that bad. Well it can and it's probably even worse than you imagined.

If you are an english speaker, don’t wait for any kind of support.
They don’t reply for email and each time you call them you get an automatic reply “we will call you back” and you receive nothing

Best Turkish if not the best pre-paid cards ever, the depositing is a bit weird though.
