Me han dado pronta respuesta a mi solicitud de reembolso, espero unicamente me hagan la transferencia de los fondos.

Where I had an issue was with their service. At the time I was misunderstanding their working skills/what they offered, and the communication wasn’t very clear on their side either.

It took a few messages to sort out what was actually included vs. what I expected. Once we were on the same page, they did try to help.

The Level of professional lism, the team was amazing. They never stirred me wrong. Take everything honestly and open with me. They reached out to me when I forgot to reach out to them. Everything worked out 100% perfectly. So I want to take this time , and thank this company for understanding my confusion of the situation.
