Excellent customer service
When I purchased a new iPad I knew I was going to be doing a lot of writing and so I wanted something to make that more enjoyable. Paperlike does just that. It makes writing feel more natural and I no longer feel like Iâm writing on glass.
I had some trouble installing it initially and I pressed the help button on the instructions to ask for advice on air bubbles. I quickly after this discovered it lifted when in my case due to the cover being slightly over the edge, all my fault, so I used the second one in the pack and this went much better. When support responded to my air bubbles question I explained this to them. They very kindly offered to send me a replacement set for the screen I couldnât use. This was so generous as it was me who hadnât installed correctly and not a fault in the product. Very impressive customer service.

So easy to install. I always end up up with at least 1 tiny spec of dust under the screen protector. The new butterfly process worked exactly as video guided and not a single bit of dust or air bubble in sight!

Paperlike screen protector better than expected!
With the paperlike screen protector, the apple pencil writes wonderfully on the iPad. I bought extra tips from paperlike, but they are a bit sticker than I expected. Either way, writing on the iPad with the Paperlike screen protector is much better than using the Remarkable 2 writing tablet.

It was quite a daunting task toâŠ
It was quite a daunting task to start.The videos were very helpful. I was unclear at step 1 âŠgetting the screen aligned before pulling the tags 1L and 1R Instad of just pulling L1, I pulled them both, then had to try and line it up with my eye..it kept sticking, but was forgiving when I lifted it up and tried again.The rest was straight forward, though tag 2R broke off and I had to reach under to peel the rest of the layer off. I had fun with the air bubbles, Iâm glad you told us we could press firmly, as I did have a few small air bubbles which were a bit stubborn. I commend you on your product, and the very clear instructions. All the best.
