Amazing Product & Process From Start to Finish
I loved this whole process from start to finish! Let’s start with packaging, it was so cute and the thank you card was adorable, my boyfriend and I agreed that it felt like we ordered from a really nice shop off Etsy (that’s a compliment, i promise XD) Now about the video, it was so incredibly thorough, I wasn’t confused about a single step and it took a lot of the stress off of putting on a screen protector, which shouldn’t be as stressful as it as. Side note, my favorite part was the bubble removal.. it was so fun lol I didn’t expect that to be as easy and entertaining as it was. Lastly, the product, I am so so so happy I wasn’t confused recommended tis brand. I design rugs and corsets, a strange combo but ya girl has a decent amount of hobbies haha. Part of the design process I hate is how it how it feels drawing on the iPad, the pen glides so much that I feel I never get the lines and detail I want. With paperlike, I have so much more control of what I’m drawing, it’s insane. Why not just draw on paper? I kinda suck at drawing lol The assist from procreate helps immensely, now my paperlike is the cherry on top!

It is a very nice and unique screen protector …
This is a really nice and unique paper-like screen protector! The texture gives the screen a paper-like feel, and the application instruction videos were easy to follow. The only issue I had was that a few dust particles still ended up on my screen. Other than that, 10/10! 😊

Einfache Installation, gutes Konzept.

The instructions were great
The instructions were great, no pitfalls! I now have it on but I am looking for the NOTEBOOK that were supposed to be included as a gift with this purchase to help me take and organize my notes. I am quite interested in getting started with that and not wasting so much paper. But the way I learn something is by taking notes and writing stuff down. So this should be GREAT!

Paid them. No shipping. Ignored by support.
I ordered more than a week ago. Since 30 September at 12:59pm the order has sat on “We’re preparing these items for shipping.” The estimated delivery was 8 October. Nothing has shipped, and there is no tracking number.
I emailed support several times asking for clarity: whether it had left the warehouse, when it would ship, and how I could follow it. No one has answered.
Their own help pages say weekday orders normally leave the warehouse within a few hours, and that tracking is sent once it actually ships. A week with no movement and no reply is not that. I just wanted a shipping update. I still do not have one.
This is literally the worst experience I have had with any prepaid order in years.

Everything a screen protector should be +
The application using the butterfly application method is super simple, almost impossible to mess up. I haven’t really had a chance to completely review this yet, so I am curious if the line in the middle comes out over time. With my very brief tests, the only thing that stands out is that the pencil squeaks every so slightly when you rub it across the screen, depending on the angle. However, I don’t see this being any issue. Definitely feels more like paper and like I’m not going to poke a hole into my iPad screen like I normally do without it. I’m seamlessly typing my review on the iPad screen keyboard, so no typing issues there. Seems like this screen protector is going to be great! The fact that they provide 2 in the pack is a total bonus.

Very Good BUT…
Very easy and quick, would recommend only change I would make is to specify whether to start the tutorial on the iPad you’re applying on or a separate device.

Enttäuschende Erfahrung – Bestellung seit dem 18. September nicht zugestellt
Ich habe meine Bestellung bereits am 18. September aufgegeben und nun erneut die Information erhalten, dass die Sendung an den Absender zurückgeht.
Das ist für mich absolut unverständlich. Wir erhalten nahezu täglich Sendungen an genau dieselbe Adresse, ohne dass es jemals Probleme mit der Zustellung gibt. Dass eine Sendung einmal nicht zugestellt werden kann, kann natürlich passieren – aber dass dies nun bereits zum zweiten Mal passiert, ist für mich nicht mehr nachvollziehbar.
Gerade bei dem Preis hätte ich eine zuverlässige und reibungslose Abwicklung erwartet. Stattdessen warte ich nun seit Wochen auf meine Bestellung.
Besonders enttäuschend ist auch der Support. Die Reaktionszeit war bereits zuvor sehr langsam. Auf meine letzte Nachfrage habe ich inzwischen überhaupt keine Antwort mehr erhalten. Gerade wenn sich ein Zustellproblem wiederholt, würde ich erwarten, dass sich der Kundenservice darum kümmert und zeitnah eine Lösung anbietet.
Insgesamt bin ich daher sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden mit dem bisherigen Ablauf.
