After waiting over a week ,I received my parcel damaged and the item was missing, this was an issue on royal mails part not Paradiso. In fact they answered my e-mail promptly and sent another t-shirt... もっと見る

Twice I’ve ordered with this company…
Twice I’ve ordered with this company and every time there’s been issues with my orders and communication, first order was ‘lost’ and was subsequently replaced, each order I’ve been given a Royal Mail tracking number when entered doesn’t exist. Same with my latest order which has not arrived and they are not responding to emails and call just rings out. I’ve now paused any further Klarna payments so let’s see if I get a response-will not be ordering from them again it’s too much hassle UPDATE only 1 item has arrived 8/4 still one outstanding item!

Fantastic company
Fantastic company! Had issues with with the courier used and notified paradiso and the issue was resolved with no quibbles and using a preferred courier. Customer service has been perfect!

The wrong item (size / colour / design)…
The wrong item (size / colour / design) was delivered. The process to return the item has been complicated.
I still await confirmation from Paradiso that the item has been received back, and that I will have a refund completed.

Good quality product and good service.
I ordered a Blizzard of Oz Tshirt. It was a reasonable price and was dispatched promptly. This is the second Tshirt I have bought from Paradiso. I would recommend this company for retro Tshirts.
