Using the Paragon app for ISA savings is extremely easy and clear, so have no problem recommending the Paragon app.

As always with Paragon, the clarity of your online instructions is, to my mind, a market leader. Navigating your website is a breeze, and your quick email responses back confirming any changes I've made are welcome. Significantly, Paragon is constantly up to speed with fixed-rate Cash ISA savings interest rate fluctuations and more often than not is well ahead of the big commercial banks, keeping their customers informed, whether rates are up or down. As the new fiscal/tax year approaches, I am once again entrusting Paragon Bank with my savings and would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone who is dissatisfied with many of the UK's major high street banks.

Paragon Bank has very competitive interest rates for savers, with a variety of accounts to suit individual needs. Paragon also provides a great on-line banking service, which is straightforward and easy to use. Communication is excellent too - wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

I find the site needs a lot of 'looking' to find what information you are looking for.
Not particularly easy or straight forward.
To change your name of bank is a nightmare and a very old fashion method.
