I would strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with this dealer.

In my experience, the dealer takes deposits in a seemingly professional manner but then engages in highly questionable practices. After initially arranging finance through a third-party provider, he claimed to have connections with his own bank that could approve any car finance application. Once the deposit was paid, he requested additional money—between £700 outside of the agreed deal in exchange for releasing the vehicle.

When I refused to make any unofficial payments, the situation changed significantly. The dealer began providing repeated excuses and delays regarding the finance process, often asking me to wait several days without clear justification. Despite completing all required identity checks and approvals with the recommended finance company, the vehicle was never handed over.

Upon visiting the premises, I was met with further inconsistent explanations, including claims that I was not the person who had made the original enquiry. It became clear that these were attempts to avoid completing the transaction after I declined to pay extra money.

I have reported this matter to the police and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and I am currently pursuing legal action through the county court.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer.

Purchased a car from them on 02/03/2026 and i still don't have a logbook for the car as they f*cked it up.
Also the car has severe engine issues, loud knocking noises. It has been parked up since the 14th may, tried to get in contact for them to fix it and they're just ignoring me.
