My experience with ParamountBuilt has been consistently undermined by a serious lack of communication and transparency. Updates are infrequent, unclear, or completely absent, leaving me repeatedly chasing basic information that should have been provided proactively.
Despite promises of regular progress reports, we often go long periods without any contact at all. When I do manage to get through, which is a rarity at the moment, responses are vague. This is causing us unnecessary stress especially as we have an ongoing issue that we were promised would be sorted as soon as possible! 3 weeks later and we still have no response.
A company in this industry should understand the importance of keeping clients informed, especially when timelines, budgets, and planning depend on accurate updates. Unfortunately, ParamountBuilt fall short in this area, and the lack of communication has significantly affected my confidence in their service.
Until they improve their responsiveness and commitment to keeping clients updated, I would struggle to recommend them.

It seemed an awfully expensive and protracted experience just to tell me that the wall was 75mm in width.

I had rate them 4 star, as I feel the final project should have been shared with me first before requesting payment. However, their aftercare and post customer services were excellent and to be fair, everything was clearly explained from the start. Good job overall.

We got a quote from Paramountbuilt about 14 days ago, which came with a two year guarantee happy to confirm its genuine.

Since my house is quite old , we use there loft system they built a floating storage area using purlins and supporting walls, which worked really well.
The team was efficient and respectful our dusty lath and plaster walls. They used dust sheets and cleaned up nicely afterward.
Overall my experience positive and my Mother and Wife so happy. Thanks

I had a really good experience working with a skilled and reliable structural engineer for my home extension. He helped with the structural planning support beam and pillar calculations. He started the work right on time, the same day i got the keys to my new house.
Before visiting he even managed to get all the old plans from the local council which was very helpful. He did not take any shortcuts he asked the builder to open parts of the structure so he could check everything properly before giving advice.
As someone with a busy schedule, i appreciated how on time and responsive he was, both i and my builder were pleased with the quality of his work and his professional attitude.

I placed my order on 25th Feb 2025 after my friend recommended paramount to me. My friend had worked with them before so i trusted there suggestion.
Being 80 years old, i was really worried about my kitchen butt they handled everything so well that i now feel comfortable and happy. They completed my order by 15th march and the result is exactly what i wanted.
