ParamountBuilt - Oxford 

I made a plan to upgrade my kitchen, windows and front tiles. I shared this plan with four different companies saying that i had hire the one that provided me with the best solution. But honestly none of them shared a proper project with me everyone just seemed interested in selling their services.

Then while scrolling through social media I came across an ad for a company called paramount. I contacted their team and found them to be very professional. I told them I wanted to visit their office and discuss my project in person. They shared their office address with me and when I visited I met one of their employees Sophie.

I shared my entire plan with her and we discussed everything in detail. I made the payment professionally and their team arrived according to the agreed deadline. They delivered results beyond my expectations and I truly appreciate that. There were a couple of minor issues and Sophie informed me that if I had any concerns I could directly contact their head office. She even shared their email and phone number with me which I really appreciated it's rare for an employee in a senior position to openly shared head office contact details for complaints.

After the project was completed I noticed a few small issues so I contacted the head office. Once again Sophie herself took responsibility and resolved everything. The work done exceeded my expectations so thank you very much to the entire Paramount team.

Contacted them through social media and explained the urgency of my query. They replied within minutes and requsted all the information and replied within an hour with a time scale and a very reasonable quote. It was completed within on 2 weeks, excellent services with several follow-up calls to check building control were happy.

Contacted paramount team for architectural drawings for anew porch. The process was simple, site visit, measurements, draft plans and final version. No over charges, it all went through smoothly.

Paramountbuilt provided great professional services. The architectural design and consultation were handled with attention to details throughout the planning and building process. The architect was professional and clearly passionate about his work. From initial discussion to the site visit and drawing production everything was top-class. I would happily with paramount again in future.

Paramount Built has still not returned a promised refund of £200 deposit for a Specific Fault Inspection at a flat in Oxford in Dec 2024. Following numerous email exchanges, in April I posted a complaint on Trustpilot and the company immediately replied on the site with a promise to refund. That didn't happen and my 1-star post was later removed. They pocketed my deposit without doing the inspection, as they have kept promising to refund (I have the emails) without fulfilling. Whether this is fraud or deception I'm not sure. But this is the company you are dealing with. Be warned!

These transformed our kitchen from outdated to stunning. They took special care of our belongings and furniture, carefully protecting during the work and left the space spotless afterward.

Summit patiently and skillfully guided us through the process to assist is choose the project that best met our needs. He made things easy to understand by patiently answering each of our questions.

The job itself was delivered on time and was really well structured and comprehensive. We truly appreciated the dedication and support provided by summit and paramount crew.

I recently contacted Paramount Built Team regarding a delay in receiving my structural engineers documents/ drawings. I am happy to report that the issue was resolved quickly i received everything within 2 workings days after raising my complaint.

I approached the firm for a new build residential design, this is my 2nd experience. From initial concept sketches to submitting the full planning application, there process was smooth and well organized. There understanding of planning regulations made the difference, Butt they delivered my project 1 day late. I hope next time we are not face same problem. Thanks
