Good service great product
Although the UI isn't the best, but in terms of functionality it works well. Use the website for ordering instead of Amazon as the products are cheaper here, without the third-party commissions involved. Also, the website provides various different customization options. Sellers are very nice, you can contact them via WhatsApp or phone call for any special requests, and they respond positively.

I received the defective product which…
I received the defective product which was not expected when I had paid fully for this.
Moreover, as a service provider you must have listened to the customer grievances, when I had sent an e-mail regarding my complaint.
This is not about money, but your un-ethical way of handling the situations. You were expected to get my product replaced when I had complaint regarding my defective product as soon as I had sent an e-mail. But there was not even a single reply from your side.
I have no other option left but to go for the consumer court as I have all the proofs regarding this defective product.

Grand Master Square Cornered Edition 21 inches Wooden chess board
After a 2 3 days of search and after reading watching many reviews and unboxing videos of many companies like Chessbazaar and paramount Dealz finally i decided to opt for paramount Dealz as chess board and pieces size of perfect also they provide bag and option of having notations engraved on chess board and price in which all of this was available . . And when the chess board came the packaging was excellent and the quality of chess board and pieces was awesomeeee . . i made a awesome purchase with paramount Dealz and also talked to one of there founder Nikhil who also talked to me personally and understood my requirement and suggested the perfect product.
