We had bought an experience for one of the companies events at Ryecroft Hall, we turned up on a dreadful wet and windy evening, excited for what we might experience. Unfortunately when we arrived the place was in darkness, we wondered was this part of the experience, we eventually found out from another customer who was lucky enough to receive communications from the company that event had been cancelled. This was poor customer service, despite emailing and calling the company we still haven't received any correspondence from them. I am left wondering are they a scam company.

We spent the night with the Paranormal Hunting team, at the iconic 30 East Drive, Pontefract.

Our hosts for the night were extremely friendly and welcoming, quickly settling everyone down and ensuring we all felt comfortable, safe and able to speak up / call out during the entire evening.

Everything was well explained regarding what we could expect from the investigation, what equipment we had available and how each piece of equipment functioned.

The team have made a really excellent decision to share as little information as possible about the venue, only sharing more detail as / when the results of the investigation call for it. This really adds to the excitement of the night and allows the group to uncover more about the location as the night goes on.

The hosts had access to a large range of equipment, all of which was available to the group as a whole, in addition to individual "kits" which we were able to use on lone / smaller group vigils later in the night.

Obviously, your individual experience and level of activity you may witness, will vary from person to person / venue to venue. However we found our night at East Drive to be quite eventful - lots of call and response activity, sensors around the house being tripped regularly despite no-one being in that area, knocking, footsteps, we even witnessed physical interaction, with objects being knocked over / moved.

There were plenty of breaks built into the evening, with hot/cold drinks and snacks available throughout - these are a great opportunity to refuel, re-compose and catch up with other team members regarding any activity seen.

Overall we were massively impressed with the whole event. Really looking forward to being able to book onto our next investigation with the team!
