I would not recommend Professional Appliance Repair based on our experience.

They completely missed our first scheduled appointment without a phone call, text, or any communication. The next day, we had to reach out ourselves. After waiting over an hour for a response, they texted saying they could be at our house in 15 minutes. I work from home, so I wasn’t constantly checking my phone and didn’t see the message within that short window.

Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication on their end, they sent us a message saying we had missed the appointment. We called to explain the situation, and my husband spoke calmly and respectfully with Maribel. Rather than listening, she repeatedly interrupted him. When I got on the phone and asked her to stop interrupting and have a respectful conversation, she simply hung up on me.

Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them says everything. Missing an appointment without notice is frustrating enough, but the dismissive attitude, constant interruptions, and hanging up on a customer is completely unacceptable. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced in years.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for appliance repair.
