Bedankt voor je eerlijke feedback. Wat ontzettend frustrerend dat je telkens net achter het net vist, we begrijpen heel goed hoe ontmoedigend dat kan zijn in de huidige woningmarkt.

De reden dat woningen soms nog online staan terwijl ze al 'vol' zitten, is dat de verhuurmakelaar de advertentie zelf moet afmelden zodra zij genoeg reacties hebben ontvangen. In de praktijk gaat dit soms zó snel dat een woning binnen een uur al volgeboekt is voor bezichtigingen, terwijl de advertentie technisch gezien nog op de site staat.

Om je kansen te vergroten, raden we altijd aan om direct de push-meldingen op onze website aan te zetten. Zo ben je er echt op de seconde bij zodra er iets nieuws online komt.

We blijven onze makelaars stimuleren om hun aanbod zo actueel mogelijk te houden. Heel veel succes en hopelijk heb je snel meer geluk bij een volgende woning! ✨
