I did not even receive my item
I did not even receive my item, I kept sending text via wechat ,telling it will be sent again with tracking number within 2 days ,but unfortunately still not ,while I text them asking for refund the deleted all my messages with no clear information, very poor customer service, do not recommend it.

Below is what royal mail says on your item:
"Pending
Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 30-06-2023 as the address was inaccessible. We will attempt to deliver your item again on the next working day.
Access issues prevented us from delivering this item. This could be due to a number of reasons, including locked communal entrances, bad weather, health and safety issues or road closures."
I will also send you the link in an email as well for you to track, as you can see delivery has been attempted to the address that you've provided.
However there has been access issues, we've sent you the replacement order and i imagine the first order has had the same issue.

Ordered 4 different 10ml samples. All came in labeled glass bottles with a decent atomizer.
Received within 4 days via royal mail. They were together covered in paper packaging placed inside a good cardboard box.
No complaints given the prices.
Perfumes smelled great. Would recommend 10/10.

Excellent service, wide range to chose from
I ordered my samples, and they were delivered through my letterbox the very next day! Super quick.
The samples were excellent, it’s a great way to test if you like a product before spending loads on the bigger bottles, and the choice of fragrances is very large. Highly recommended.

It says on site how much you're ordering and the cost of it.
If you wanted more than 5ml then you should order more than 5ml. We're also one of the cheapest in the industry and one of the only ones that fills right to the top.
Price and amount is clearly detailed on site, I suggest you read properly next time.

You ordered 3.5ml of a perfume sample, what were you expecting? We’d send you the full bottle or just 3.5ml of the perfume in the actual bottle.
It states on site that you’re buying a decanted sample.

Hi Ashleigh,
You’re buying perfume samples that are decanted so they’re not going to come in branded bottles as we don’t have access to Tom Ford branded perfume sample bottles.
We have this on site that It’s not going to come in official bottles or branded packaging.
More than happy to send you proof of purchase of the Neroli Portifino bottle, which might I add is notorious for having poor longevity when it comes to lasting on the skin.
If you’d like something that lasts a bit longer we’d be happy to recommend something with more staying power.

I can assure you Savauge EDP you purchased smelt exactly like it was meant to as it’s decanted straight from the bottle.
Open a ticket on site but the item must be returned for a full refund.

Great little present for a sibling
I brought this perfume as a gift for my sibling who had been wanting to try Miss Dior for a while but didn't want to splash lots of money on a present they potentially didn't like. The perfume came promptly and is in a handy spritzer so they can carry it around with them without fear of breakage. Fantastic company and will definitely use again.
