Its a good brand the pari boy nebulisers are good. The eflow I'm not to keen on. The mesh needs replacing regularly and the parts are expensive.

Sorry to hear that your delivery didn't arrive in time. As you placed the order after midday on the Monday, it was shipped on the Tuesday as per our Shipping Policy. Unfortunately the courier did not deliver on Wednesday as they should have done. We are really sorry that this happened and will refund your delivery charge straight away.

Kept me well informed about delivery. And when item became unavailable for a few weeks upgraded me to the next machine at no extra cost . And delivery was the next day . Excellent

The company was let down by the Royal Mail Delivery which made the personal needs of the rececipent very anguish.

Excellent service and very good advice when coming into the realm of breathing difficulties and having to buy an unfamiliar product for the first time. Fast delivery times and the offer of ongoing advice If required. Very professional.
