Amazing item,love it.There is click and collect service, which is no working, so I must pay for delivery. I wrote e mail about this problem on their website, but no answer.

Made an order more than a month ago, delivery refused because DHL asked for 50% of the price in addition in import tax (which hasn't happened with any other order Ive made from the UK, including 6 times from Missguided and two orders from PLT over the last 6 months) which is completely unacceptable. But DHL isn't sending them back the order and Parisian are trying to shake off responsibility saying "it's out of our hands" even though DHL is THEIR supplier. So items still not received, almost 6 weeks later, and they are saying they cant refund me the money until the order arrives back with them, which neither they nor DHL are taking responsibility for. This has been an absolute nightmare to deal with and the only person responding and dealing with this from Parisian is their social marketing manager? What does this even have to do with orders and delivery?

I'm literally pulling my hairs out trying to figure out how to resolve this.

Their sizing is not good. Is not true to size and you will need to get 2 times larger size to fit. Very disappointed as top was lovely
