Thank you for taking the time out to write this review, we are sorry tp hear you haven't received your order & have emailed you directly to provide a further update ,but in summary the situation is the parcel is with DHL customs in Dublin & they have contacted you without success to arrange delivery as this is Southern Ireland there is a customs fee to pay ,we have forwarded you their details if you could get in touch with them & they can deliver you the item. Let us know if this okay.

We are sorry to hear you haven't received your refund but we have refunded your order but paypal have held the funds as the transaction is pending due to the fact " a case has been raised with this this transaction".We have contacted Pay pal & hope to have a resolution for you ASAP.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review & apologies for the inconvenience you have been caused ,but as you maybe aware Royal Mail staff have bene on strike & this affected the service, your item was delivered on 5/12/22 today & we have contacted Royal Mail & lodged a complaint for the delay & will arrange for your courier cost to be refunded & a further discount to be refunded to you to compensate you for the delay ,we have emailed you directly to see how we can assist you further.

Thank you for taking the time out to write this review. We have a opened a file with DPD customer complaints department to query why the item is being returned us & will update you in due course, apologies for the inconvenience caused & we totally understand your frustration . I can see you were refunded in full on 30/11/22 @ 10.05 & this will be shown on your Klarna statement. We emailed you previously to advise about the next day delivery not being fulfilled due to DPD vehicle breakdown but will email you separately about the unexpected return to ensure you are compensated.
