The size fit perfectly. It's hard to find clothes that fit petite ppl well and it was great. Great quality too! I'm definitely going to buy again!

Ordered x2 of an item and only x1 arrived, no communication from Parisian to explain why and no refund until I contacted them. Unable to repurchase an now out of stock. Zips on items are poor. A shame and frustrated as what you ordered doesn't arrive.
Update: Yes, Parisian refunded the missing item / faulty item however what Parisian don't seem to understand is that it shouldn't have been missing in the first place and they shouldn't be sending faulty items out either. Parisian seems to think it's an easy fix of refunding the missing item - it may be for them however the customer is still left without.

Fantastic Service. I ordered 2 coats but only 1 arrived. I emailed the company and had an immediate response. The communication was excellent and I was told that another coat would be posted out and sure enough I received the coat this morning. Hamza Rehman was the person who dealt with it. Great communication, great quality items. Pleasure to do business with. Very happy

I had placed an order and had to cancel the order but they refunded me and the money was in my account the same day. Honestly the customer services is absolutely brilliant 👏

Poor customer service. Sent faulty items and they're not bothered, just tell you to return. A gent got in touch after I had put my review in and offered 50% off future purchase however still not great that the items ordered were faulty / damaged, they could not replace as they were out of stock so still very let down.

Good delivery and really good quality jumpsuit for the price was really impressed. Although size down as I’m I usually an 8 and I had to get the size 8 taken in. Also quite short on the leg when taken up.
