I have to give Parisian Fashion 5stars for communication, assistance and quality product. My recent experience I’m very happy with the customer service I received. Definitely will be buying from them again. Very nice quality fashion items!

Excellent experience with my first order from parisian, beautiful dress arrived quickly and I loved it , so did my daughter so I ordered another and again great service no faults at all I highly recommend

Service is shocking! I ordered a dress for next day delivery which did not arrive until
3 days later. When dress arrived it smelled disgusting. The smell was like smelly body odour covered in a perfume or deodorant to disguise the smell. Clearly
someone had worn this dress. I have contacted this company twice and I’ve had no correspondence at all. It is now almost a week later! Would not use or recommend Parisian to anyone.

I paid for the parcel to be sent to a hub but the delivery company delivered it to my home address, unbeknown to Parisian. I was quickly contacted by Hamza who offered a refund with an apology which was accepted. Great, swift customer service.

This is the first time I've ordered from Parisian and I was pleasantly surprised on the quality, everything was well made and fit perfectly. I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Not sure as yet what to rate Parisian as im awaiting a refund , my return was delivered back 5 days ago so i should be receiving it soon . Delivered in 3 days , the dress is lovely but i need to order smaller size which im not doing until refund is in my bank. Update...provided tracking number from Royal mail which says that this return was received by Parisian on Sat 9th to which you told me couldn't have as no one works saturdays im still waiting my phone call back ??? So after Customer services sorted my issue quickly and efficiently within 2 days i am going to amend my review to reflect this , thanks guys im placing order soon

I needed the catsuit for a fancy dress party. I ordered a size 14 but received a size 6 instead
So I had to order another one from a different website and had to pay extra for express delivery. So it ended up an expensive mistake. It is a shame as the catsuit from Parisian Fashion looked so nice.

Love the jacket ! It’s cracking. Couple Tiny flaws on back of jacket but no one will notice and didn’t warrant sending back
