Evri made a mistake with my order somehow the labels got mixed up. Tilly sorted my problem out fast and I’m really impressed with the service. Can’t fault Park at all.
I take back previous comments it was actually the post system that got my address wrong. Tilly who works for park London was helpful and got my items sent back out unfortunately I didn’t get them in t... もっと見る

Had a bit of a problem with the shop…
Had a bit of a problem with the shop app saying my parcel had been delivered when it hadn’t but Park were really on the ball and sorted it out for me.
Great customer experience.
The sweatshirt I bought was a lovely quality.

I like the t-shirts and the prints, but...
I like the t-shirts and the prints. Most of the prints look good. However, what I didn't like about my order is the fact that all 6 t-shirts I bought were shipped in a plain paper envelope, which looked very ruffled. A paper envelope cannot isolate the garments against stains and liquids that may come in contact with it, especially when the shipment is to cross the whole Europe continent until it reaches the destination country in southeast Europe where I am. I was lucky that the garments came undamaged. Delivery was pretty slow as well.
