We were stood up by the original Meet and Greet company we had booked. They simply never arrived. We were given Amir's number by a guy on Level 4 of the short term car park and his response was fantastic. He came straight over to see us, gave us a pretty decent price considering the very short notice and took the car away. On our return he had already texted by the time we were at the arrivals gate and the car was waiting for us as we exited the lift.
Professional, helpful and a sense of humour. Thank you Amir you were a joy to deal with.

When my clutch broke on arrival at the airport he went out of his way to help me and made sure I caught my flight.
It was not just that he helped me but the wonderful friendly and enthusiastic manner in which he did it… he literally saved my trip and a load of stress and anxiety arranging for my car to be towed and taking care of everything so I could continue with my journey.

Brilliant all round

I arrived at Heathrow to find the booking I had made was fraudulent and there was no meet and greet. Not the best way to start a holiday. Amir helped me and got me booked into this company. I was worried after the first experience but Amir was kind and contacted me the day before I flew back and then again once I had landed. This was a great service.

Amir quickly noticed that we had veen scammed by another company which was really bad. He gave us his details at the airport told us what to do and made the whole transition smooth. We collected our car this morning without any hitch and our car was in the same condition we left it in. Amir, thank you so much!!!

Amir literally came to our rescue the day of our holiday!
We had booked a meet and greet with another company who I will not name on here but just to say after attempting to call them for 45 minutes to come to meet us and take our car away so we could catch our flight they still hadn't arrived.
Amir asked if we were ok to which I explained our situation. We didn't know what to do. Within 10 minutes Amir had arranged for our car to be taken by his team and parked.
He took all our details and said when we land coming home we should message him and our car will be returned to us.
Sure enough to his word, before we got our flight home from holiday he sent me a message saying he was tracking our flight, then we landed, I messaged him, once we collected our cases he said in 5 minutes our car would be parked ready to collect and so it was.
I cannot thank Amir enough for ensuring we did not miss our flight and for taking the pre holiday stress away.

We were let down by the meet and greet company we had originally booked. But the rep at Heathrow saw we were stuck and took the booking off of us there and then. Absolutely fantastic service, and my car was waiting for me when we returned. Don’t go anywhere else, these guys were superb.

An amazing guy from Park and Go helped us arrange parking and took the headache of finding alternative parking in a hurry away. I’d highly recommend this service . We nearly made a terrible mistake by leaving our car with a rogue so called Meet and Greet company who would have left it in the street, luckily we read the terrible reviews just in time and switched to Park and Go. They were really helpful and professional. They communicated by text as we left, Noticed that we had given the wrong arrival time on our return to Heathrow and Texted us on our arrival to arrange pick up of the car. All totally seamless and well organised. Highly recommend this company.

Booked originally with Heathrow Terminal Park who just didn't turn up but luckily Park & Go were on hand, booked my cat in immediately and were there to return ut when I came back ... couldn't fault them and helped me gt out of a mess

Amir- what a godsend. Seems like he steps in when a certain other company fails to show, lets you down or has the potential to treat your car like crap! I was waiting for the other company to show up and Amir warned me against them he showed me there reviews which I hadn’t even looked at because I thought I had booked it through a reputable company. However, Amir sorted my parking out, didn’t pressure me to go with him, but I am so glad I did! Pick up was amazing quick easy and we were on our way home within 10mins of getting out suitcases. Thank you
