They had the part in stock, It was what we were looking for, and it was delivered when they had said it would be. These days that is doing really well.

The item was sent promptly and has now been collected from my local Post Office - the process would've happened much better if the Parcel Force delivery driver had left a note saying he had failed to deliver my package and it was now at the Post Office.

Luckily I ascertained where the package was left, after phoning PES.

I hadn't realized that I was dealing with PES in Belfast - and not the one in Sheffield.
