Everyone needs to be warned about Parker Car Service especially the management operating out of their Feltham branch. If you use them for wheelchair transportation you must check your fares meticulously because their system is deliberately rigged they find the longest possible route either on the way there or back meaning fares for the exact same journey are never priced the same way twice.
​When you call them out on this pure incompetence the management is completely unprofessional rude and resorts to shifting blame. Worst of all they know when you are stuck needing wheelchair accessible transport for vulnerable family members so they back you into a corner with ultimatums and thinly veiled blackmail threatening to blacklist you just for questioning their unfair practices. This is how they treat people who rely on them for essential mobility so please save yourself the immense stress check your quotes closely and avoid this company entirely.

Made several advanced bookings for a wedding weekend party. All went very smoothly, great contact and comms, lovely vehicles, prompt service, friendly helpful drivers.

This review is based on one of their drivers knocking me off my bike. The driver was parked outside the Anglers on a double yellow line, despite them having a car park. When he set off again he did not notice me in the road and knocked me off my bike. I asked him to say sorry as I was not hurt, but he refused to do so. He then decided to follow me up broom road driving really close to my back wheel. I called the company to complain and they called back 2 days later saying there was no evidence to support my complaint - mainly as their in car camera only catches footage in front of car not from side where incident happened. What a joke. Won’t be using them anymore!

I booked a car to take myself, my husband, a large suitcase, and our wedding cake from Central London to Slough. The driver was waiting for us, and the car was spotless. A very smooth ride with no problems. Really recommend them.
