Really efficient and very good


Really efficient and very good communication. Before booking we contacted them for a price match and they were quick in sending a promotional code to use.

Changes to the booking were dealt with promptly and efficiently. When we travelled, they were on time, polite, friendly, car was returned in the same condition with reasonable miles.

We were also happy that the airport cost was included in the price and it surprised us that so many prices shown have hidden costs - so that gave us peace of mind in dealing with Park Giant. Overall was the best price, a very calm and stress free experience.

Id highly recommend this company. Having to unfortunately cancel our parking

Unfortunately our holiday had to be cancelled for Dubai, although fully expected. Dan at Park Giant Meet & Greet couldn't have been more helpful both in the original booking as well as having to cancel. I couldn't recommend them any higher. We will certainly be using them in the future, because of Dan's customer service.

Absolute shambles and corrupt

Absolute shambles and corrupt. I used meet and greet at LHR and they moved my Tesla multiple times including storing it at a Lake near Windsor and school playing field and then some random industrial estate. I mean Tesla’s have tracking and cameras so I was notified each time they drove it. I queried why and they ignored my message. The car came back filthy and with a brake fault (which I can’t attribute to them but I have suspicion). Avoid if you want your car to be in a secure compound as they clearly move them around free places.

Update, following a response from Park Giant to my initial review, I wanted to reiterate that Tesla’s GPS system is accurate and as it records 360 degree video, so the story they gave about inaccurate locations from GPS is simply a lie- I could see it with my own eyes! I would highlight that anyone who knows the systems on Tesla can confirm that Park Giant as simply talking rubbish. Therefore make your own mind up if you trust this circus with your vehicle

We do not store vehicles in unsafe or unauthorised locations. As one of the longest‑serving and highest‑rated Meet & Greet providers at Heathrow, and one of the few Heathrow Airport Approved Operators, we operate secure car parks with the correct permissions, hold full insurance, and employ DBS‑checked staff. Our management team has over 50 years of collective experience in Heathrow airport parking.

Vehicle movements between our secure compounds are permitted within our Terms of Service. GPS locations can sometimes appear near landmarks such as lakes, schools, or industrial areas when the vehicle is simply within proximity of them. This does not indicate that the car was stored in an inappropriate location.

We apologise if your message was missed and response times can be longer during peak travel periods, but this is never intentional.

Still waiting ....... Now resolved

Update:
Whilst it is a shame we had to resort to Trustpilot we have now received a very prompt and apologetic response from Park Giant and the matter is resolved. As mentioned below we have used their service before and have been very satisfied. Hence the repeat booking.

We have used Park Giant before and have been happy. This review relates to their admin, hopefully as a warning to anyone else. We used them at T5 Heathrow. Dropped the car off at 4:00pm to do twilight check in and then proceeded to our airport hotel.
At 6pm we had a medical emergency that meant we couldn't fly, we were told to collect the car after 8:00am the following day. We were charged a £25 release fee which is fine.
We asked for an email receipt. Not received.
Asked for a confirmation of early departure. Not received.
Rang and emailed again for confirmation. Still not received.
This can't be difficult? We need this to finish our insurance claim.

Took over an hour to get my car back

Took over an hour to get my car back, called 30 minutes in advance, as instructed, plus gave flight details. Advised by agent that they don’t check flight details to see if early, and that it can take up to 50 minutes to get your car as park of their terms.

Flat tyre, my car's app flagged it, Park Giant had two weeks to help and did nothing!

The drop off and pick up element of the Park Giant service I cannot fault, we were met on time at both ends, and the telephone service worked well on collection. Drivers were friendly and no issues there.

My issue was how they dealt with, in my mind, a fairly simple problem.

I dropped out car and it was fine (2 hours 20 min drive to get to the airport and all was fine). First day of our holiday the car sends an alert to the app to flag the front left tyre is flat (12 psi rather than 42 psi). Slightly annoying but these things happen.

I emailed Park Giant to let them know, asked if someone could check the car, and, if necessary I could arrange for a repair or ask if they could.

No reply to my email. So I chased the next day. Reply came after the chase to say they'd checked the car, photos attached, all looked fine, but they would attempt to inflate the tyre when the lot was less busy.

I was pretty satisfied at this point they were on the case, but asked in my reply if they would let me know once they'd inflated the tyre, so I could check the app and see if pressure had improved and there was no issue.

I left it a few days, then with 3/4 days before we were due to fly back, chased for an update, no response. I chased again. No response. I finally resorted to filling out the web form rather than emailing. Finally a response, no apology for the radio silence, instead a pretty formal rebuff as follows:

"As a general policy, any additional work required on a parked vehicle, including tyre inflation, is chargeable. On the previous occasion, we added air to the tyre as a goodwill gesture and had provided photographs to reassure you; as we had a member of staff available at that moment. The tyre appeared fine then, and it continues to appear fine following today’s check."

How I was meant to know that air had been added to the tyre without being told about it is beyond me, but, at least they had inflated the tyre to check...or so I thought.

Upon collecting the car the dashboard showed the low pressure error message, which aligned with the app, the tyre did look a bit flat, so my worst fears were confirmed that Park Giant had indeed not taken this seriously at all, had fobbed my off with the above note, and were clearly just going to make this my problem.

Stopped at the first service station, straight to the air pump, tyre would not inflate past 12 psi and audible hissing noise when I attempted, got my phone under the arch and there was a screw right in the middle of the tyre. The claim of the Park giant that "the tyre took only a few moments for the inflator to automatically stop" can only be a barefaced lie.

So after a 12 hour flight with two young kids (both under 2) we had to deal with a puncture repair on the way home. This could have all been avoided if Park Giant acted in a decent way and helped out with what must be a fairly routine problem across these parking lots.

I have requested a full refund, not holding my breath, if they do the decent thing and refund me I would amend my review / rating, as I was actually impressed with the bread and butter stuff (pick top, drop off, car charge), it's either the management or the people in charge or replying to the emails who could do with improving greatly.

Thank you for your review. Our team inspected your vehicle twice during your trip and provided multiple photographs on both occasions showing that the tyres appeared normal, with no visible puncture or damage. Air was added once as a goodwill gesture when a staff member was available, and on the second check when air was added again, the inflator stopped automatically, indicating no obvious loss of pressure. We do charge for these additional services, it is in our T&C’s and we did help as a good will gesture and we did not at any point try to charge you for the additional work that you were demanding.

We manage vehicles for hundreds of customers each month, and while we always aim to assist where possible, we are not able to provide ongoing mechanical checks or continuous updates for individual vehicles. We did, however, carry out additional checks, take photographs for you, and provide updates when staff were available.

In your early correspondence you mentioned that the issue may have been a sensor fault, which was consistent with the visual checks carried out at the time. As an airport parking provider, we are not able to diagnose mechanical or tyre related faults. We advised that you could arrange for a breakdown or tyre specialist to inspect the vehicle, but you chose not to proceed with that option. We also offered to take the vehicle to a garage on your behalf, and this message was also not responded to. Instead, your email reply was to highlight our failures in replying to your emails immediately.

After collection, you may recall that you also drove the vehicle yourself despite having raised the same concern several times, which indicates that you also assessed the tyre as safe to drive at that point.

As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, tyre issues and punctures are outside of our liabilities, and no puncture was visible during the checks carried out. We provided additional assistance beyond the scope of the service and acted appropriately throughout.

I have been using Park Giant for some time now and I have all ways found their service outstanding, I have been stranded and had to extend my parking absolutely no issues, and today had problems booking via their web site contacted them and with in 10 mins that had done the booking using my information on their system so very happy

Follow email instructions

I was slightly nervous around some of the negative reviews left but the price was amazing so gave them a chance. I rang as detailed in the email 30 minutes before we would arrive to alert the team.
We parked in a bay, took pictures of our vehicle including mileage and proceeded to the stand near the elevator to drop of the keys. The gentleman was so friendly and helpful and ensured our return was booked correctly and that was it, time to enjoy our holiday.
Upon return I followed email instructions and rang when I stepped off the plane, no one answered but within seconds they called me back. I explained we had landed and gave car registration I was asked to call again when we had collected our luggage so I did just that. I then proceeded to the collection point I had been told to meet them at, within 10-15 minutes our car arrived, I showed the gentleman the picture I had taken of the receipt upon arrival and we were handed our keys. We checked the vehicle and mileage which had only increased by 20 miles were happy with our vehicle so off we drove. Can't fault our experience. Will use this company again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service
On arrival operator said he had validated parking ticket but at the barrier it had not been done so I had to pay an extra charge to leave - flat refused/ignored communications to their “customer services” despite promises from the telephone line that they would refund

Update: after posting this review I was contacted by a different email address from ParkGiant who quickly organised the refund of the excess parking charge

Horrific customer service!

Dropped car off
complete chaos at the drop off point, no spaces to park.
Once we found a space, everything was sorted quickly and they had our paperwork ready.
Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short and come back early due to my family member being critically ill in hospital, which I know isn’t their problem, however, we were time pressured as we had to get to the hospital ASAP, this was explained to parkgiant, we called as soon as we landed and then again once we had our bags, and it still took them 25 mins to come. When I called once we got the bags, they said it would be a £20 early drop off fee and we needed to pay cash- which we didn’t have at the time due to the rush(and wasn’t mentioned previously) - we asked them if they could send a link so we could pay electronically, however, they proceeded to scream down to the phone to my husband that we couldn’t leave the car park until we paid, we again explained the situation and we needed to leave ASAP- but they continued to shout down the phone, absolutely horrific experience, and made an already very traumatic time even worse.
Horrible customer service - will never use again.
They did send us a link in the end and we did pay the £20 fee but it could have been handled so much better!

Car returned Filthy with mud spray

I used Parkgiant meet and greet T3 in June/July 2025. The drop off and pick up was no problem - short wait was fine. However my car was FILTHY with clearly mud sprayed up from the rear of the car. The delivery driver said he was a manager and would offer a free car wash next time! He would not budge on this and as we have no plans to use them again the compensation is useless. I see others have had the same issue. Shame that they let themselves down with this.

Update: As requested by Parkgiant, I sent them photos of the car and they refunded £15 for a car wash. Looking at the paperwork recieved and left in the car I have realised that although I booked with Park Giant, my car was taken and stored by Terminals Parking. I have asked Park Giant to explain this as Terminals Parking appear to be a completely different company. I have had no response from Park Giant.

I have used Park Giant for the last


I have used Park Giant for the last couple of years at Heathrow Terminal 3. I have an oversized American Truck and have found that Park Giant offer great value for pick up and drop off option.

These services are simple, follow the instructions and accept that not everything is in your control such as availability of drivers and traffic. Make sure you take a video of your vehicle, record your mileage and do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. Yes we have had to wait sometimes on pick up, but that's par for the course with every parking company. Park Giant communicate well, they deliver a good service and I have been happy with the service that I have received. Like all companies they have good and bad days, they will be under pressure on busy days and times to deliver a speedy service. But the option is simple, pay more if you want a more dedicated service. I always read reviews before I book, reviews are not always balanced and my experience may not be yours.

However I can say I have used a lot of Parking Companies and have always found there service to be good value for money.

Late or late?

We arrived a Heathrow T3 at 1420. We picked up our luggage and called the company at 1450. We were in the car park waiting by 1500. By 1545 our car had not arrived so I called the company again. He said he would find out how long it would be and call back. He didn't call. I tried to call a couple more times but nobody answered so I used my husband's phone and it was answered after one ring - so he had been ignoring me! The driver called after a few minutes and eventually arrived at 1600. We were significantly under-impressed. We've also just discovered that one of the drivers has stolen £15 in a pound coin holder. You couldn't make this up!
