Secure and clean, the Poetry floors are a great whimsical addition!

Easy in, easy out, easy online reservation.

I was able to get to garage. On way out gate didn't want to open. Assistance on phone wanted me charged over $60 for 4 hours parking.

I paid in advance and this was the easiest, non-troublesome parking experience I've ever had. I definitely recommend this Company. This is my first time using them, location downtown Chicago loop.

My experience was spoiled by the fact that we were not allowed to exit the garage (we entered the garage without difficulty), without having to talk to garage personnel electronically for many minutes. This is even though we had the QR on the mobile phone. Why there was difficulty is a puzzle.

Was an easy scan from a reservation.

This worked very well. I was new to the process so I was unsure. It would have helped if the directions were clear and bolded upfront. You scan the QR code going in and going out. Still wondering if it works better on the phone or printed out. I had to wave my printed code multiple times going out before it read. I had to call to find out how to add a rental license plate. There is a place in the confirmation email to add the plate. It was easy.

I was able to use the QR code on my phone to enter the garage, but it did not recognize the code when I tried to leave the garage. I spent about 15 minutes trying to talk to someone and get then to let me out. They kept asking me for an order number, and said THEY COULD NOT FIND MY ORDER. I gave him the 2 numbers that appear on the QR code. Talked to two different people, they eventually found my info.
Extremely frustrating. I have used this garage many tinmes with no problems.

App was slow to work. Difficult to add another car.

Spare me essay questions

Could not exit lot with card provided. I was stuck for 20 minutes while an attendant asked me the same questions repeatedly about my purchase. It was ridiculous. It cost me late checkout at my hotel. I couldn't believe it.

I paid for my parking spot in advance. I ended up showing up 4 minutes early and had to pay almost double my original price. I had paid for 4 1/2 hours. What a rip-off.

Easy, convenient, reasonable. Would use again.

Had to call for assistance and work thru issue using the order number.
