It was my first time using parking.com. I was not familiar with the process of paying. The parking attendant was very helpful annd patient. Otherwise I most likely would’ve found another lot to park.
On a baseball gameday, there was no signage or direction or anyone collecting money. I was hesitant to park at first, because that lot typically has an attendant on gamedays...as every other lot in t... もっと見る
I don't mind paying for parking using an automated system, but your system really needs work far as the customer experience is concerned. If it takes me more than 2 minutes to pay that is too long.... もっと見る

Trying to pay for parking is ridiculous. It is too involved and takes too much time. In previous years there was an attendant that took the payment. You need to bring this back. I wonder how many people don't even pay.

Had a violation notice for not using the correct license plate number on the app. Got customer service on phone, very cordial, friendly and extremely helpful. Didn't get her name but she was excellent. Went to website, a bit hard to follow, but put in details and got a quick reversal on the violation. Well done and thank you. Gives me confidence in your operation and the way you do business.

No Mention of a Fee to Use This Service
I was not pleased to find out after I signed on to the payment app that there was a fee for the process. I did not see any mention of the fee posted.

I felt like to process to pay for our…
I felt like to process to pay for our parking was difficult. It took about 15 minutes and there were three others with the same issues. We never knew if our vehicle would be in the lot when the games was over. Very unclear.
