I had a very hard time to Pay by phone. I finally paid with the card, at the booth.

Easy to pay and figure it all out. Even got a reminder text when parking was almost up that I had paid for.

The 1st day I parked in lot 18 Seattle the price was early bird special $10 + tax. The very next day it was $14 + tax

The app didn’t work. The texts didn’t work. The website didn’t work. Parking at this Seattle location near Kati Vegan was a nightmare and I’m sorry I tried to park with parking.com.

the ease of using your online payment process

The login and app functionality is terrible. On average, it take my employee's 10 minutes to pay for parking due to the app being terrible. The designer of this app should be fired. It' s trash. As well as the billing system for monthly payments. Auto-billing, trash. I have employees, as well as I, that haven't received email confirmation of their parking. Trash. This creates a nightmare for me as a foreman having to reimburse someone without a receipt.... All in all, functionality of services provided is very low.

Paying was convenient, even though I don't like giving my personal information to unknown sources.

The lot is not secured, so be sure to hide or not bring items of high value. It was easy to use with no problems as far as entry/exit was concerned.

The person who was checking the parking lot incorrectly noted my license plate, so I got a violation. I contacted the people (SP+) who are evaluating my "dispute" and they said they corrected their error in the license plate number but are still asking for proof of payment...even though they have all they need to associate the payment to the correct license plate, and it was their mistake! I do not wish to send my financial information to prove I am in the right...when it is their error.

It was safe to park. It was trusted method of parking payment.The parking price was affordable. The parking location all I had to do was walk straight to the fireworks 💥 event on Denny Way.

The lot was close to the Cascade Apt location so that's definitely a plus. A little bit of garbage, definitely needs repaving, loose gravel et cetera. Plus a little sketchy on that particular corner, But workable

There is always a spot available for parking however it's not easy getting a discount especially when you park for longer than 8 hours a day.
