Parking in the crowded Westlake area.
Location was close to our destination.
Very good signage explaining process to pay for parking.

No response after parking error
It was confusing when I paid for parking and thought I was paying for 3 hour and instead it charged me for 3 days. I then emailed you guys and never heard anything back. I am down there quite often and don’t plan to use this lot again.

I paid for parking
I paid for parking, then received a ticket for not paying for parking. Had to appeal. My appeal was accepted and didn’t have to pay the ticket, but was a lot of time wasted

Tried to double charge me and was unnecessarily complicated
The system was complicated and made me input more information than i wanted to. It should have been able to identify the lot i was in by the qr code rather than having me locate the number on the sign. Then the system prompted me to pay immediately after i finished paying the first time

Confusing & not fair
Using your app is confusing. And then you over charge when someone selects a time period not consistent with your time categories. Just entend the time to the time allowed for the time you're charging for.

Lot was marked $40 way to high anyways but when I logged in to pay it charged me over $50. False advertising

The sign in the parking lot states 0 to…
The sign in the parking lot states 0 to 2 hours $6. WhenI went on the web site it stated $7.50 for 2 hours. Then I receive an email after 45 minutes stating I need to add more money if I'm parking longer. Deceptive charging practices. I will not be using your services again.

Could not pay for more than 6 hours
Could not pay for more than 6 hours. Customer support could not provide any real assistance. Spent 20 minutes trying every which way to just pay. Ended up paying for 6 hours and hoped that my car wouldnt be ticketed or towed by thr next morning. Was a very unenjoyable experience and will be avoiding these lots in the future.
