App was very easy to use and also reminders if necessary.

Easy to pay. Near Iron Horse Hotel.

Parking sign said $6 parking, ended up paying $16 — False advertisement caused me to park somewhere I otherwise would not have parked — rather walk an extra mile or two then pay that much ever again.

Better than $40/night valet parking

I’m not sure how secure this lot is. I park there when I stay at the iron horse but didn’t know parking was including in my stay. There is covered parking next door and I may try thst next time.

It was fast and easy.

I paid for 2 full days but the app said my parking ended earlier on the 2nd day. I got charged a $55 parking fee for parking in a spot that I already paid for (I actually got the ticke 15 minutes before I was leaving). There was nobody to contact and this was a rent a car and I needed to get to airport so I couldn't get this straightened out. Parking. com screwed me.

Even though I paid for a weekend of parking I was never guaranteed a parking spot. It seemed they sold more tickets than spots (or just allowed anyone to park).

I don’t like it that you can’t move your car. I won’t use this lot again. Should be able to scan when you enter and scan when you leave so you can come and go as you please and charge you for as long as you used the garage.

Good price. Lost spot when I left for a sandwich. Paid for two days. Outside spots unmarked and no number to call for support.

It was right next to the Iron Horse where we were staying which was convenient. I was disappointed that we had to pay to park our car at this hotel.

We should mention somewhere you can scan Code after parking, and have your license handy when you do. I stood for a while to do the QR code, but it was too far... Then I walked away to scan it again only to return back to look at my license plate.

Too many steps to set up an account and some screens were dim and hard to read, like the entry area for your license plates. The pay station didn’t work and everything had to be done on your phone.

The app is really easy to use and conveniently printed on the sign at the entrance…just load and go!

I paid for parking on the app but was ticketed while in the lot. Disputing the ticket was easy and they handled my claim quickly.

I would of gave 5 stars, but the signage need to be bigger so that people can read it while slowing down.
