Charged three times. No response to email sent

Thought I ordered a spot online only to find out when I tried to exit the order did not go through. Had to back up, find a parking spot again, talk with a representative and pay a small fortune.

Always enjoy the easibility of parking at your place.

Better to park here than ever when else charging so much. Always plan ahead when finding deals on parking.

I've used parking.com for the last year to park in busy downtown Nashville. Every experience has been great. Very good pricing and absolutely no hassle entry and exit. I would not drive to downtown Nashville without getting a spot from parking.com.

When we stepped out of the elevator there were usually homeless men there which was very frightening, not to mention the rancid smell in the elevator. We also didn't like that we had to estimate how long we would be parked. The rates are high. We should be able to pull in, scan the code and only be charged for the exact number of minutes we were parked in the garage.

Good experience. Bought online, much cheaper, just pull in and out easily due to license plate readers.

Narrow lanes, no apparent pedestrian entrance/exit after leaving elevator, sketchy neighborhood.

I paid with parking.com and have received a bill from the garage stating that I did not pay (which is five times more expensive than what I already paid). The garage is not helpful and does not like it that I used parking.com for my advanced fee.

If you’re parking in downtown Nashville save yourself the headache and park at the Music City Center and pay there so you don’t get any surprises.

Was easy to book and almost seemed too good to be true but worked out well! A little confusing when we got there and we were afraid we'd get charged twice but we didn't

I tired to adjust my time in because I arrived earlier than expected. I was unable to do that on the internet. I called customer service to try and fix it and was told I was ok to have arrived early i was covered. The parking attendant told me a different story. He said I arrived early so I had to pay for the additional time. I was fine with that at the rate it would've been thru parking.com instead of the 16 dollars for 30 minutes. Next time I know to just pay the little bit more incase I arrive early.

Impossible to get out using the exit signs . They either direct you to a wall or a direction that is wrong way .I drove around in circles for 20 minutes..,and I was not the only one doing the same thing..

Made reservation ahead of time. All worked great but when I showed up my truck was too tall. Customer service was so understanding and helpful. Gave me a full refund. Def recommend this place!

Cheaper than the Metro app. Customer service helped when there was an issue.
