easy to park and leave with just using my phone

I parked. It asked me to put my payment information in, I did. When I left it showed a click here button. I clicked the button. At the gate, the arm would not go up. The on-site hustler/attendant said I had to push the button right at the gate. I shouted him that it was paid, with the date and time listed. He said to call a phone number listed at the gate. I called, I was “third in line”. Cars were backing up behind me. I made the mistake of paying cash (after paying with card) so the guy would open the gate. I tried to cancel the card payment, but couldn’t. I paid double. The whole set-up is terrible. I will do my best to avoid ever dealing with this company again.

Availability and consistent reasonable prices.

The card reader wasn’t working when trying to enter the garage. An attendant had to help us so we could enter the garage.

We were visiting Nashville, TN from out of town and our area does not have Parking.com managed lots making this our first experience. Everything went very well for a first-time user and did not result in delays entering or exiting the lot. It was a very gratifying experience.

I pulled in your garage for about 10 mins or less and left. I was charged $10.99-
That’s a ripoff.

Easy in and out. Overpriced.

Very easily booked a spot using the parking.com app very close to our airbnb. Cost was reasonable considering the location close to our apartments and the main drag.

$25.99 for 1 hour! Saw signs saying $2.25 per hour 1hour minimum. Thought I would be charged $5 max. We literally had just driven to Nashville from the airport for the 1st time. Was so mad when I was charged $25.99 for 1 hour and 7 minutes.

A decent enough parking structure and was definitely convenient to where my wife and I were staying, but not forty bucks a day decent IMHO. Twenty bucks a day would be a more appropriate fee as far as I'm concerned, but what do I know about the state of parking these days? My two cents (1.25 cents after taxes). :)

Expensive, $49 to park is absurd when that garage use to be $5 to park in.

Cars get broken into and people get robbed

It was perfect. The gate recognized my license plate and immediately opened for me both on arrival and departure.

Terminal wouldn't take my debit card. Had to call support while people piled up behind me waiting to get out.

Very organized

Too much to get out of the garage. Took me 45 minutes. People not sure how to use the system.
