Seriously

Was billed twice at $16.xx for the two hours I was there. Next time 4x4 makes it out without paying!

Very easy and convienient . Because normally CC doesnt work properly on paying booths

Worst parking experience I have had. The machine withdrew the parking amount from my credit card but didn’t issue a parking ticket I can display on my dash. I had to pay again via the website so I don’t get a parking fine. Problem is that when I went in the building to report the issue, it turned out that that they knew the machine was broken but didn’t do anything about. Asked for a refund and they said they are sorry but they can’t process any refund.
It just couldn’t get worse than this.

No issues. I just came for a short hospital visit.

Garbage. Scan didn’t do anything, tried texting 50 times. Had to get my poor girlfriend who’s working from home to pay this for me. Because I don’t want my car towed while here for an emergency. What a clown service.

I made a mistake paying through your online service because when I went to the gate I had to pay another 9 dollars. I ended paying twice for the same time. I have been trying to get my 9.40 dollars and 40 cents refunded with no success. That wasn’t fair

Machine didn't work. Had to pay prior to knowing how long I would need. Gangsterism. Next time I'll park across the street and walk. Pure fraud

To expensive for when just having to drop something off at the front desk of the hospital, (maybe I should have parked illegally instead) site took a while to load, maybe because of bad signal reception in the area. The QR work great filling to which lot am at, instead of having to put in a lot number, although you had to walk up to the pay machine to see it/scan it.

Difficult to use the parking machine and the app. Wouldn’t accept the phone number I entered even though it followed their format. The last reason someone would expect you to be late is it took >5 minutes to pay for parking. It has the potential to work well, but just needs to work out some kinks.

Although it showed the parking location that I would park at, the parking lot attendant said they did not take parking.com (even though the sign said parking.com on it). Now I am out twice the amount of parking.

On April 5th, I ran to the william ostler emergency with my wife where I parked in front of entrance and tried to complete the parking payment at one of the kiosks which was in French. However, I managed to pay but did not receive any POP to display on my car dashboard so I tried again and the same thing happened. Since, I was in rush I paid using sms service(a bit time consuming in case of emergency).I end up paying 3 times(case specific).

I wish there was signage to direct me to the free covid testing parking. I paid for parking when I didn’t have to.
